浮丝藻属（学名：Planktothrix），又名浮游蓝丝藻属，是一种丝状蓝藻[1]。本属的模式种是阿氏浮丝藻（Planktothrix agardhii）[1][2]。与其他颤藻目的物种一样，浮丝藻属的物种没有异型细胞与厚壁孢子[1][3]，其独特之处在于其浮游植物特性、毛状体单生、具有气囊结构[4][5][6]。在须田彰一郎等人发表成果之前[7]，本属部分物种被归入颤藻属。
安东尼·瓦尔斯比就本属物种的生态及生理学发表过大量文献，当中更把物种产生微囊藻素的合成酶的相关基因序列出来[8]。
造成绿色水华的阿氏浮丝藻与形成红潮的红色浮丝藻在北半球的湖泊很常见[9]，会产生强烈的肝毒素，称为微囊藻毒素。微囊藻毒素为饮用水污染的来源之一，对肝有害[9][10]，而且对热的抗性高，甚至以活性碳吸附、加入氯或臭氧消毒也无法完全消除[11]。
