梅丽莎·切辛顿·里奥（Melissa Chessington Leo，1960年9月14日—），或称小玛格丽特·梅（Margaret May II）、玛格丽特·梅（Margaret May），美国女演员。
里奥以1993至1997年间演出电视剧《情理法的春天》前五季中Det. Sgt. Kay Howard一角闻名。2011年，她参与了《绝处逢生》演出，并曾经演出《我的孩子们》与《原野飙龙》。
