东方蜡蝉属（学名：Pyrops ）是属于蜡蝉科之下的一个族群，主要分布于东南亚、中国、印度等地[1]，目前已知约有70余种。牠们以头部明显且前延的突起，以及翅膀鲜艳的色彩为特征；主要以吸食树木汁液为生。其模式种为龙眼鸡，原生于越南、香港、老挝、及东南亚等地。
