卑诗省司法厅长（英语：Attorney general of British Columbia），负责监管卑诗省司法厅[1]（Ministry of the Attorney General）。卑诗省司法厅为负责监察卑诗省司法体系的省级政府部门。司法厅长为省内阁成员，通常亦担任卑诗省省议会成员，由卑诗省省长提名并由卑诗省省督正式委任。

司法厅长负责确保公共行政依法进行，因此，除了监察卑诗省法院系统及卑诗省司法行政官署（Sheriff Service）之外，司法厅长还担任政府的首席法律顾问。根据《英皇律师法令》（King's Counsel Act），司法厅长在宣誓就职后自动获认许为英皇律师。司法厅长还担任卑诗省律师会（Law Society of British Columbia）的当然资深会员（ex officio bencher）。
自2022年12月7日起，该职位由利莎玛（Niki Sharma）担任。
