不知法律不免责[1]（拉丁语：Ignorantia juris non excusat[2]，英语：Ignorance of the law excuses not[2]；拉丁语中又名：ignorantia legis neminem excusat[3]，英语：Ignorance of law excuses no one[3]），也称不知法不免责[4]，是一种法律理论，主张不知道有法律存在的个人违反法律也不能免于法律责任。
采用欧盟法律而又有曾受罗马法影响的当代欧洲国家亦会采用亚里士多德对此的描述：“每个人都被推定为知法[5]”（nemo censetur ignorare legem；nobody is thought to be ignorant of the law）或者“不知法律有害[6]”（ignorantia iuris nocet；not knowing the law is harmful）。
