鱼罐头又称罐装鱼,是指经过水产加工且加热后密封在密闭容器(例如密封锡罐头)中的食用鱼。鱼罐头保质期一般为一年到五年。通常人们用开罐器开启鱼罐头。鱼罐头中最常见的食用鱼是沙丁鱼(沙丁鱼罐头)。此外还有鲱鱼、金枪鱼、鲑鱼等鱼罐头。[1]
