路易斯维尔上校是一支1882年至1891年效力于美国协会的大联盟球队，原名叫路易斯日蚀（1882年—1884年）之后改名为路易斯维尔上校（1885年—1891年）。在20世纪肯塔基州的路易斯维尔市几个小联盟的球队也叫路易斯维尔上校。
上校在1890年赢得美国协会的冠军，1892年搬至国家联盟，直到效力至1899年。1900年上校的拥有者Barney Dreyfuss，取得 海盗一部分的控制利益并且买了14名球员给他们，包括了未来棒球名人堂的成员Honus Wagner和Fred Clarke。
