越瓜菜（朝鲜语：월과채）是朝鲜民族一种用越瓜制成的风味食品，源自朝鲜王朝的宫廷料理。如今越瓜多被孩南瓜或西葫芦所替代。其他的主要成分有香菇、牛肉、糯米等，并辅之以酱油、醋、香油等调味料。[1]
