整合器件制造厂（英语：Integrated device manufacturer，IDM）或称垂直整合制造商，是指一家包括了设计、生产及销售集成电路（IC）产品的半导体公司[1]。半导体制造厂原只有整合器件制造厂，及后因为市场需求，只负责生产的晶圆代工才出现。
遵循IDM模式的典型制造商是英特尔（Intel）。
