国道382号（日语：こくどう382ごう）是位于日本长崎县和佐贺县的一条国道，全长152.2公里，全线被分为三段，分别位于九州的唐津市、壹岐岛的壹岐市和对马岛的对马市，其中对马至壹歧、壹歧至唐津之间需由定期渡船连接。此国道也是对马岛、壹歧岛上唯一的国道。
