《前科者》（日语：前科者）是香川まさひと负责原作，月岛冬二负责作画的日本漫画，开始连载于2017年12月20日发售的《Big Comic Original》2018年第1号[1]。

2021年5月17日，宣布将获改编为真人电视剧和电影，有村架纯主演[2]。改编电视剧《前科者 -新人保护司·阿川佳代-》（前科者 -新米保護司・阿川佳代-）由2021年11月20日起于WOWOW播映，共6集。改编电影《前科者》于2022年1月28日上映[3]。
