亚洲田径联合会（ASIAN ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION，简称AAA）是亚洲的洲际田径体育运动管理机构。总部位于新加坡。它主办亚洲田径锦标赛和其他洲际比赛。现任主席为卡达籍的Dahlan Jumaan al-Hamad，他在2013年当选。[1]印度籍的Suresh Kalmadi在2000年至2013年间担任主席。[2]
