宪德王金彦昇（？—826年）是新罗第四十一代君主，昭圣王母弟。哀庄王十三岁即位时，叔父宪德王摄政，哀庄王十年，宪德王与其弟金悌邕入内作乱，哀庄王被弑，宪德王自立为王。十四年以母弟金秀昇为太子。在位十八年，谥宪德，葬于泉林寺北（今东泉府东五里）[1][2]。
