罗云平（1915年9月24日—1984年4月20日），中华民国政治人物、教育家、工科教授。生于安东省凤城，曾任中华民国教育部部长、国立成功大学、国立中兴大学、国立长春大学等校校长。

罗云平任职国立成功大学校长任内，于民国五十五年（1966年）向军方增购成功校区旁军营（今光复校区）。使成功大学校地扩张一倍。成大为纪念罗云平校长贡献，1991年位于光复校区的行政大楼即命名为“云平大楼”。
