米奥雷[1]（白俄罗斯语：Мёры，罗马化：Miory；俄语：Миоры）是白俄罗斯的城镇，位于首府维捷布斯克以西190公里，由维捷布斯克州负责管辖，2009年人口8,700。第二次世界大战期间，纳粹德国在1941年7月5日占领该镇。
