女护岛（にょごのしま、にょごがしま）是日本传说中的地名，在海上只有女性居住的岛。也表记为女护ヶ岛，或称做女护国（にょうごこく）[1]。
概要
据说女护岛上只能生育女性，漂流至此的男性一旦踏入岛内，将很难离开。江户时代，经常在物语、绘画中登场。井原西鹤的浮世草子《好色一代男》中，主人公世之介最后前往之地。
惯用句
受传说影响，游里或男子禁制的场所会被称做“女护岛”。明治时代，亚马逊（Amazónes）也被译为“女护岛”或“女护国”[2]。
