四宝鸡扎,简称鸡扎,是广东点心的一种,常见于广东及香港茶楼。传统四宝鸡扎以腐皮淮山卷著一块鸡肉、一块瘦(猪)肉、一块鱼肚以及一块猪肚(约九十年代开始为节省成本将瘦肉改为冻肉火腿或蟹柳,将猪肚或鱼肚改为一块芋头冬菇)。加调味后放于蒸笼中蒸熟即可食用。

由于腐皮经过油炸处理,增加了脂肪含量。鸡扎内的火腿是加工食品,而鱼肚因为容易吸收汤汁的油脂及分,除了脂肪较高外,含钠量也较高,因此四宝鸡扎不宜经常进食[1]
