分舌花蜂科（学名：Colletidae），又称穴泥蜂科，是膜翅目细腰亚目蜜蜂总科之下的一个科，属于一种昆虫纲的节肢动物。
本科物种会令用牠们的口器去把分泌物涂抹到蜂巢内各个单位的内壁，以使之变得平滑。这些分泌物干涸后会令蜂巢的内壁变得好像被衬了一层玻璃纸那样。

分舌花蜂科之下有5亚科、54属，合计超过2000个物种。这些物种并不是好像蜜蜂那样群居，而是很明显的孤立生活，即使牠们的蜂巢很多时候都建筑在一起。当中其中两个亚科（Euryglossinae与Hylaeinae）的物种并没有让牠们携带花粉的装备，而这些装备在其他蜂类都很常见。
