伯尼西亚（古英语：Bernice或Beornice；拉丁语：Bernicia）是盎格鲁人6世纪时在今苏格兰边区和东北英格兰建立的一个王国，历史上最早可以追溯到公元420年代，当时是威尔士领主老王科伊尔的北方领土的一部分。领土包括今天的诺森伯兰郡和达勒姆郡，以及苏格兰以前的贝里克郡和东洛锡安，北达福斯湾、南至蒂斯河。7世纪初期与南方的邻国德伊勒合并，形成了诺森布里亚。
