根瘤杆菌属（学名：Rhizobacter）为伯克氏菌目的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。直的到稍弯。此属的模式种为胡萝卜根瘤杆菌(Rhizobacter daucus)。胡萝卜根瘤杆菌出现在土壤中，能引起胡萝卜根生瘤，是植物致病菌，。
