三氟甲磺酸亚铊是一种具有吸湿性的铊化合物，化学式为CF₃SO₃Tl。它可由碳酸亚铊和三氟甲磺酸反应制得。^[1]

它和二甲硫醚氯化亚金、六苯基-1,4,7,10-四磷杂癸烷（L）反应，可以得到[Au₄L₂](CF₃SO₃)₄。^[2]它和Mo₂Ni(dpa)₄Cl₂（dpa=二(2-吡啶基)胺）在乙腈中反应，可以得到Mo₂Ni(dpa)₄(CF₃SO₃)₂。^[3]
