黃文高（越南語：Huỳnh Văn Cao，1927年9月26日—2013年2月26日[1]），原越南共和國軍少將。
黃文高1927年9月26日出生於順化。[2]他早年參加越南戰爭，並有戰功[3]。之後擔任越南共和國參議員[4]。430事件後，被逮捕入獄，1987年釋放，後赴美國。
