肝胰臟（英語：hepatopancreas，亦稱為消化腺或中腸腺）是節肢動物、軟體動物門及魚類消化管的一種器官，成泡狀或管狀。與哺乳動物中分開的肝與胰相同，該器官的功能包括了產生消化酶和吸收被消化的食物[2]。
