生平
1975年出生於廣東廣州，畢業於華南理工大學，2004年與何小鵬共同創建UC優視，[2][3]2013年UC優視和阿里巴巴集團成立合資公司推出的移動搜尋引擎神馬搜索，其擔任董事長。[4]2014年6月UC優視被阿里巴巴集團收購。
