盧一先（1970年7月—），男，漢族，廣東陸豐人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1992年7月參加工作，1988年6月加入中國共產黨，華南理工大學公共管理學院行政管理專業在職管理學碩士。現任中共陽江市委書記。
簡歷
曾任中共廣州市委辦公廳副主任、廣州市委政策研究室主任、廣州市委副秘書長。2011年7月，任中共廣州市番禺區委書記、區人大常委會主任。2016年1月，任中共廣州市委常委、統戰部部長[1]。2020年7月，任中共廣州市委常委、南沙區委書記，廣州南沙開發區管委會主任。
2023年8月，任中共陽江市委書記[2]。
