免疫缺陷（英語：immunodeficiency）是指免疫系統抵抗傳染病的能力失常或欠缺。免疫缺陷還可能降低腫瘤免疫監視功能。免疫缺陷多為繼發性（secondary）免疫缺陷，不過也有些人生來就有原發性（primary）免疫缺陷。罹患免疫缺陷的患者被稱為是免疫受損的（immunocompromised）。這些患者除了會遭受普通感染外，尤其容易遭受機會性感染。
分類
按免疫缺陷性質的不同，可分為：
- 體液免疫缺陷（humoral immune deficiency）[1]
- T細胞缺陷（T cell deficiency）[2]
- 粒細胞缺陷（granulocyte deficiency）
- 無脾（asplenia）
- 補體缺陷（complement deficiency）
現實中經常為幾種免疫缺陷同時出現，如重症聯合性免疫缺陷病（原發性）、獲得性免疫缺陷綜合症（繼發性）。
