金正日勳章（朝鮮語：김정일훈장／金正日勳章）為朝鮮民主主義人民共和國的勳章之一，與金日成勳章同為朝鮮的最高榮譽勳章。

金正日勳章在2012年2月3日設立，以紀念前朝鮮最高領導人金正日的七十冥誕。此獎項可授予對主體革命事業有卓越貢獻的個人（政府官員或工人）、軍事團體、商業組織或社會組織。截止2012年2月14日，獲得此勳章的共有132人。
