管涔山位於中華人民共和國山西省忻州市寧武縣、岢嵐縣和五寨縣交界處，在呂梁山以北，為山西境內主要河流汾河的發源地。主峰蘆芽山，海拔2736米。1992年經中華人民共和國林業部批准設立管涔山國家森林公園[1]。
