痕量胺相關受體(英語:Trace amine-associated receptors,簡稱TAAR,有時也稱trace amine receptors)是一種G蛋白偶聯受體,於2001年發現。[1][2][3]其中,人類身上六個功能性痕量胺相關受體中的第一個,TAAR1,因為是痕量胺的內源受體這一獨特功能而在醫學界、製藥研究方面備受矚目——痕量胺是苯丙氨酸和色氨酸以及苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺等興奮劑的痕量代謝產物。[4][5][6][7][8][9]2004年的一份研究顯示,哺乳動物的TAAR1也是甲狀腺激素的脫羧碘化代謝產物。[6] 脊椎動物的TAAR2至TAAR9也可用作嗅覺受器,探測揮發性胺。[10]
