新達達主義

新達達主義是一場發生於20世紀中期的藝術運動，手法和意圖上與早期的達達主義運動有相似之處^[1]，代表人物是羅伯特·勞森伯格、賈斯培爾·瓊斯^[2]和芭芭拉·羅絲。它對激浪派、波普藝術和新現實主義產生過影響。^[3]

羅伯特·馬瑟韋爾的《達達畫家和詩人》（The Dada Painters and Poets，1951）及其他達達主義者在1950年代開始出版回憶達達主義運動的文獻^[4]，這可能是新達達主義出現的原因。但實際上一些達達主義者並不認同此運動，認為新達達實際上沒有什麼「新」的地方，而且它迎合了布爾喬亞和商業化社會的審美，這正是達達主義所反對的。^[5]
