惠山森林公園位於無錫市城區西側，距市中心3千米，面積為933.33公頃，主峰惠山為天目山余脈、毗鄰大運河。主峰最高處為三茅峰，高328米，其次為二茅峰、頭茅峰，三峰別稱九龍山，因山上多泉，故以「九龍十三泉」聞名，有「江南第一山」之譽。 [1]
