荷里活永恆公墓（Hollywood Forever Cemetery）是位於美國加利福尼亞州洛杉磯聖莫尼卡大道的一座公墓，很多美國娛樂界名人安葬於此。

它建立於1899年，當時佔地100英畝（40公頃），名為荷里活公墓（Hollywood Cemetery）^[2][3][4][5]。
