酚酸（phenolic acids）或酚酸類，又稱酚羧酸（phenolcarboxylic acids），是一類含有酚環的有機酸。

具體包括
- 單羥基苯甲酸（水楊酸（鄰羥基苯甲酸）、間羥基苯甲酸、對羥基苯甲酸）及其形成的酯，如對羥基苯甲酸酯：對羥基苯甲酸甲酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯等
- 二羥基苯甲酸（龍膽酸、原兒茶酸、香草酸）
- 三羥基苯甲酸（沒食子酸、間苯三酚羧酸）。三羥基苯甲酸（特別是沒食子酸）是可水解鞣質的組分之一。
酚酸存在於許多植物中。其乾果的含量較高。
