達崗飯[1] (Nasi Dagang)是馬來西亞半島的東海岸的食物,主要在登嘉樓與吉蘭丹盛行,彭亨、柔佛至廖內群島也能找得到。由普通食用米與糯米混和在一起後用椰漿煮出,通常與金槍魚咖喱,部分也與醃菜等特別佐料一起吃。
