西咸中國古代星官之一，屬二十八宿東方七宿的房宿，含有4顆星，位於現代西方星座的天秤座和天蠍座。《甘石星經》載：
西咸四星，在氐東，主治淫佚。
清代的星表《儀象考成》，西咸增加了2顆星。
