核定位序列(或稱核定位信號;英語:nuclear localization signal,NLS;或 nuclear localization sequence)是一段氨基酸序列,作為蛋白質通過核運輸進入細胞核的標籤。一般來說,核定位信號通常由一段或幾小段氨基酸序列組成,通常都為帶正電荷賴氨酸或精氨酸,且暴露於蛋白表面。不同的入核蛋白可能使用相同的核定位信號。核定位序列的功能與核輸出序列相反,後者將蛋白送出細胞核。
