量子力學中，如果一個粒子在某勢場中被約束在一個或幾個空間區域內，則稱粒子處於束縛態（英語：bound state）。如果勢場在無窮遠處趨於零，則負能量態一定是束縛態。束縛態粒子的能譜是離散的，而自由粒子的能譜是連續的。[1]
