子宮靜脈

子宮靜脈位於子宮主韌帶中，流入髂內靜脈，其走向與子宮動脈相似。子宮靜脈通過促進子宮內的血液交換，清除懷孕期間胎盤中的血液廢物。

結構

子宮靜脈位於子宮主韌帶內。它穿過子宮闊韌帶到達腹壁^[1]，流入髂內靜脈。^{[1] [2]}

子宮靜脈會在子宮頸周圍形成靜脈叢，這些靜脈叢會與卵巢靜脈和陰道靜脈的靜脈叢發生吻合，^[2][3]其走行方式與子宮動脈相似。^[4]
