中央前回（英文：Precentral gyrus），是人腦額葉後部的一個顯著腦回[1]。中央前回是初級運動皮層所在地，在布羅德曼分區系統中，位於第4分區[1]。
結構
中央前回位於中央後回的前方，中間有中央溝隔開[1]。另一方面，中央前回的前方為中央前溝[1]。在大腦半球內側，中央前回與中央旁小葉相連[1]。
初級運動皮層即位於中央前回，中央前回皮質的第五層（Layer V）擁有大型的貝茲細胞，屬於上部運動神經元[2]。在人體中，貝茲細胞的常神經纖維通過突觸與前灰柱細胞相連，後者另一端連接着肌肉[2]。
