馬蹄鬆浙江溫州傳統的特色點心,最早出現於樂清白象鎮,始於雍正年間。

馬蹄鬆皮脆餡軟,是以麵粉紅糖作皮,鹹肉、芝麻粉紅瓜絲、及桂花作餡,在高溫火炭爐桶內壁用明火烘烤而成。外形邊斜,上有開口微顯糖心,狀如「馬蹄」,又鬆脆可口,故得名。
