阿帕拉契山脈（英語：Appalachian Mountains，發音：
i/ˌæpəˈleɪʃ(i)ən/ AP-ə-LAY-sh(ee-)ən），又譯阿巴拉契亞山脈，是北美洲東部的一座山系。南起美國的阿拉巴馬州，北至加拿大的紐芬蘭和拉布拉多省。最北部餘脈則延伸到魁北克的加斯佩地區。平均海拔910米（3000呎）。最高峰在北卡羅萊納州的米切爾峰（2037米）。
