子宮附件

子宮附件（adnexa of uterus, uterine appendages）是指從結構上或功能上與子宮最接近的組織。

定義

子宮附件的定義有不同種類：

• 一些資料定義為輸卵管和卵巢^[1]。

• 而一些資料還包括「輸卵管、卵巢及支持性組織」^[2]。

• 還有資料定義為「闊韌帶（英語：broad ligaments）後方的小盆腔（英語：true pelvis）區域」^[3]。

• 也有資料包括輸卵管、卵巢及特定韌帶組織^[4]。

臨床意義

定義「子宮附件炎」（adnexitis）通常是指子宮附件發炎^[5]，以代替單純定義的卵巢炎和輸卵管炎（英語：salpingitis）。

定義附件腫塊在以前一些地方醫學中使用，但仍然沒有進行精準定義。63%的宮外孕均伴有附件腫塊。根據腫塊的大小，疾病可能會成為一種醫療緊急情況。

在婦科醫學中，子宮附件切除術（英語：Adnexectomy）主要用於輸卵管切除術和卵巢切除術（英語：Oophorectomy），即同時切除輸卵管組織和卵巢組織。
