雙炊糕是一種溫州傳統特色食品,用麵粉白糖製成,現在最具有正統工藝的製作者為溫州瑞安的「瑞安雙炊糕」。系糕點名師李瑞慶創製於清代光緒年間,距今已有100多年的歷史。它用糯米粉加白糖紅糖拌勻過篩,撒上桂花,成型切塊,經兩番炊制而成。其特點是:細、軟、韌、香、甜、老少咸宜,是溫州市名牌菜食[1]
