卷圈,是中國天津特色風味小吃。

炸卷圈是用香油麻醬醬豆腐薑末五香粉等調拌綠豆菜香乾香菜粉皮等成餡,以豆皮卷餡,切成約十五厘米的長段,用麵粉、醋、鹽調成的糊粘兩頭切口,然後下油鍋炸,炸成金黃色即可[1]。外脆里香,一般用餅夾着吃[2]
