體虱（英文：Body louse），學名Pediculus humanus humanus或Pediculus humanus corporis，是一種寄生在人身上的吸血虱，屬於人虱的一個亞種[1]。另外兩類寄生於人體上的虱為頭虱（人虱的另一個亞種）以及陰虱（陰虱科）[1]。
事實上，體虱並不直接生活在人體上，他們在衣物的纖維上產卵和生存，只有在進食的時候才會接觸人體[2]。成年體虱長約2.3–3.6毫米[2]。體虱不能跳也不能飛，他們大多通過人與人直接接觸而傳播，少數情況通過床單衣物傳播[2]。
體虱是許多疾病的載體，譬如能傳播流行性斑疹傷寒、戰壕熱、回歸熱等[3][4]。在發達國家，體虱感染僅在相對貧窮的地區發生[5]。全球範圍內，體虱感染常發生在監獄、流浪人群或難民中，也可發生自然災害過後。
