馬富才（1946年—），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
加入中國共產黨，擔任原國家能源領導小組辦公室副主任。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中國共產黨，分入第一組。並擔任人口資源環境委員會專委。[2]
