陳華堂（1911年—1983年），湖北天門人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍少將。
畢業於高等軍事學院。曾任中國人民解放軍南京軍區防空軍司令員。1958年，接替聶鳳智，擔任南京軍區空軍司令員。1962年，由聶鳳智接任。1955年，授中國人民解放軍少將軍銜[1]。
