鄭祖康（1947年7月—2011年11月8日），漢族，中華人民共和國統計學家、政治人物，復旦大學原副校長、復旦大學管理學院原院長，九三學社社員，九三學社中央常委、上海市委副主委。
生平
受文革影響，鄭祖康沒有上大學，1977年直接參加復旦大學的研究生考試，1978年成為復旦大學數學研究所研究生，是文革後蘇步青招收的首批研究生。兩年多後，谷超豪舉薦鄭祖康赴哥倫比亞大學攻讀博士學位，主攻數理統計，師從黎子良[1]。1984年獲美國哥倫比亞大學博士學位。[2]
鄭祖康當過復旦大學統計系主任[1]。2000年12月至2006年4月任復旦大學管理學院院長[3]。
2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協常務委員[4]，代表九三學社，分入第十二組。[5]
