達拉溝，是中國長江流域的一條河流，匯入白龍江上游右岸，屬於嘉陵江水系。河長96千米，流域面積2627平方千米，多年平均流量22立方米每秒。自然落差1260米。水能理論蘊藏量15萬千瓦。[1]
