腸旺麵是中華人民共和國貴州省貴陽市一道風味小吃,是用豬大腸、豬血,豬油渣等為輔料煮製的一種麵食,當地人稱豬血為「旺」,所以該麵得名為「腸旺麵」。[1]腸旺麵據說起源於雲岩區以及清朝同治年間,中華民國大陸時期貴陽人蘇德勝對其進行改進[2][3]。
